I led the complete re-platforming of Waring Commercial Products (Conair LLC) onto Salesforce Commerce Cloud, managing the entire project lifecycle from SOW phase through successful go-live. I architected and built the full frontend using Page Designer, creating custom components and modular layouts that gave the marketing team complete content management flexibility. On the backend, I developed the entire infrastructure with SFRA, implementing custom business logic, controllers, and integrations to support their commercial kitchen equipment catalog.
